Wedding Tradeshow Photo booth at McQueen Family Farm in Port Perry, ON

On September 20th, 2024, we had the pleasure of being part of the Toronto Bridal Night Market (TBNM), hosted at the McQueen Family Farm in their charming, century-old barn. This intimate gathering brought together about 50 guests for a night filled with romance, rustic elegance, and all things bridal.

An Evening for Brides-to-Be

The theme of the evening was a beautiful mix of minimalism and soft summer romance, with the barn’s rustic wood accents and the peaceful horses just outside creating the perfect atmosphere for this cozy bridal event.

Guests were treated to a variety of handpicked vendors offering everything a bride-to-be could need for her big day, including:

• Make-up artists

• Bridal boutiques

• Wedding officiants

• Decor experts

The event was hosted by Brittany, the owner of Bash Boutique, and featured a live DJ, a fashion show, and the popular Diamond Hunt Game—a fun activity where guests searched for hidden faux diamond rings scattered throughout the venue. Those who found the rings won exciting prizes. Guests also enjoyed snacks and refreshments throughout the evening, and they had the chance to win additional prizes, with vendor samples and coupons being handed out throughout the event.

Our Boho Circle Arch Experience

For this magical evening, we debuted our boho circle arch, and it quickly became one of the highlights of the event. We began by setting up a marble tension backdrop, which added a sophisticated and neutral base. In front of this, we placed the boho circle arch, elegantly draped with soft floral bunches on either side and green material swooping gracefully from one end to the other, adding a natural, whimsical touch.

We placed baskets on either end of the circle arch, filled with long-stem florals that matched the color scheme and aesthetic of the arch. This created a beautifully cohesive look that tied in perfectly with the venue’s rustic charm and the overall soft, romantic theme of the event.

Our photo booth was set up nearby, complete with the printer, so guests could receive their instant prints. For this special occasion, we showcased our Magazine Cover template. The 4x6 photos featured a playful twist on the concept of a bridal magazine cover, with Mirror Mirror as the title, creating a fun and memorable keepsake for all the guests.

A Memorable Evening

The evening was filled with laughter, love, and stunning moments. Guests couldn’t stop admiring the boho circle arch, and many took the opportunity to snap photos with it as their backdrop. We received tons of compliments on the overall design and color scheme, and guests were especially impressed with the quality of their photos.

At the end of the night, everyone left with beautiful memories, their photos in hand, and a lasting impression of a magical evening that perfectly captured the essence of rustic summer romance.
