There’s something special about community events that center around connection, joy, and purpose—and CLNH’s (Community Living North Halton) Casino Night was a shining example of just that. Hosted at the Italian Cultural Centre in Milton, this fundraiser wasn’t just about playing games—it was about creating memories. We were thrilled to bring our Motion 360 video booth to the heart of the action and add an interactive spark to an already vibrant evening.

With roughly 60 to 80 attendees, the event offered an intimate yet energetic atmosphere. The casino theme was evident throughout: roulette tables, blackjack stations, plinko setups, and an air of friendly competition. Guests mingled over dinner, raised their glasses, and shared laughs while placing their bets—not with real cash, but with community spirit.

Our Motion 360 booth was designed to mirror that casino vibe. We leaned into the aesthetic by setting all booth lighting to green, echoing the traditional green felt of dealer tables. Our ambient RGB light wands complemented the setup, casting a soft, immersive glow that gave our space a branded, experiential feel. Gold stanchions and white ropes created a dedicated zone for guests to engage with the booth comfortably and safely.

We designed custom booth screens and a branded video overlay that matched the evening’s casino theme, featuring playful graphics like poker chips and playing cards alongside the CLNH logo. But it wasn’t just about visuals—the energy was infectious. We curated the soundtrack carefully, and Pharrell Williams' “Get Lucky” was the crowd favorite, setting the perfect tone for guests to let loose on the 360 platform.

The real magic happened when guests—residents and supporters alike—stepped onto the booth platform. Whether it was a shy dance or a full-on celebration, each movement was captured in a dynamic 360 video, instantly delivered via our sharing station. What made this moment even more rewarding was seeing CLNH residents light up with joy and pride as they watched their videos and shared them with friends.

We also had the pleasure of giving back in another way—by sponsoring a raffle prize: two tickets to a Toronto Blue Jays game. Our involvement in the night was more than just business; it was a chance to contribute to a cause that uplifts and empowers.

Events like CLNH’s Casino Night remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just about photos or videos—it’s about enabling people to see themselves in joyful, confident, and exciting moments. We don’t just document experiences—we help shape them.
