Easter Brunch 360 Video Booth at Royal Ashburn Golf Club in Whitby, ON

Spring was in full bloom at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club’s annual Easter Brunch, and we were delighted to be part of it with our Motion 360 video booth. Hosted in the picturesque lobby of the venue, the event welcomed both club members and the general public to celebrate Easter with great food, festive vibes, and interactive fun.


Families and friends gathered to enjoy a seasonal menu and take in the beautiful golf course views. There were playful touches throughout the venue—an Easter bunny hopping around for photo ops, pastel-themed décor, and a dedicated Easter-themed photo zone.


Our Motion 360 booth was positioned right at the entrance, sharing space with the Easter display and greeting guests as soon as they arrived. We designed the experience to feel light, festive, and vibrant. We set the booth’s infinity floor to a bright yellow and lit the base in a soft purple to reflect the pastel palette of the day. Our stanchions and white velvet ropes created a polished space that still felt inviting for families and kids alike.


One of the best parts? The custom design. Our booth screens and video overlays were fully branded for Royal Ashburn’s Easter celebration, featuring green tones, bunny graphics, and a warm “Happy Easter” greeting. We also included the Royal Ashburn logo so guests could associate their joyful video moment with the brand’s hospitality and care.




The videos captured were full of laughter, twirls, bunny ears, and springtime joy. Parents danced with kids, friends posed with Easter props, and everyone who stepped onto the platform received a professional-quality video almost instantly. Guests could enter their email at our sharing station and get their keepsake video within moments—making it easy to share on social media or with family members who couldn’t attend.


Our Motion 360 booth added something special to the brunch. It gave guests a chance to move, engage, and create a shareable memento of a festive day. For Royal Ashburn, it reinforced their brand as not only a premier golf destination but also a family-friendly venue that embraces innovation and fun.
