When innovation is at the heart of your event, your experiences need to reflect that same level of creativity—and Intuit’s Global Engineering Day (GED) delivered on all fronts. Held at The Well in the core of downtown Toronto, the event brought together Intuit’s forward-thinking teams for a day filled with high energy, interactive tech, and meaningful team moments.

We were honoured to be chosen as the official photo booth provider for this high-impact internal celebration. But this wasn’t your average photo booth experience. To match the forward-looking, tech-savvy atmosphere, we brought our AI Photo Booth—an immersive, customizable activation that captured the curiosity and excitement of every guest.

From the moment you walked in, the event had the feel of a dynamic innovation playground. There were racing simulators revving in one corner, Dippin’ Dots ice cream being served in another, and giant GED marquee letters surrounded by balloon garlands and racing flag banners hanging overhead. Intuit had truly transformed the space to celebrate their engineers in a way that felt playful and cutting-edge.

Our booth was fully branded for the occasion—from the exterior vinyl wrap to the digital screen displays. We also created a custom photo template that matched their Global Engineering Day theme, incorporating sleek design elements in Intuit’s brand palette. But the real draw? Guests got to choose from eight unique AI-generated photo themes, making this a fully personalized experience.

Here’s how it worked: guests stepped in front of our clean white backdrop, took a photo, and then selected the AI theme they wanted their image to be transformed into. Within seconds, the booth rendered a visually striking, AI-enhanced portrait that could range from futuristic landscapes to stylized, artistic renderings. Each guest received an instant print, plus access to download their digital copy for sharing.

What stood out most to us was how quickly the booth became a social magnet. At first, there was a sense of curiosity—"Wait, this photo gets AI-transformed?"—but once the first few guests saw their results, it turned into a buzz. Colleagues brought their teammates over. Laughter echoed as they waited for their images to render. We even had return visitors trying out multiple themes because they wanted to see themselves in different versions of creative worlds.

This is exactly what we love to create: a moment of joy that’s interactive, unexpected, and deeply shareable. Intuit’s values around innovation and technology were directly reflected in our photo booth activation, and it was clear their teams appreciated the intentionality behind the experience.

At its core, GED was a celebration of the people building tomorrow’s solutions—and we were proud to give them a tangible, artful reminder of their moment in the spotlight.
