Wedding Photo booth at Woodbine Banquet Hall in Etobicoke, ON

On October 6th, 2024, we had the privilege of being the exclusive photobooth company for Yumna & Shaheryar’s wedding reception at the beautiful Woodbine Banquet Hall in Etobicoke, Ontario. This stunning reception was attended by around 300 guests and was a night filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.

A Soft & Elegant Celebration

The color scheme for the evening was a soft blend of white, pastel blues, and pinks, creating a serene and romantic ambiance. The couple incorporated an abundance of beautiful floral arrangements throughout the venue, enhancing the natural beauty of the space and adding to the overall charm of the night.

Guests were welcomed with a live DJ that played a mix of tracks to keep the energy high and a huge buffet-style dinner for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening.

A Memorable Photo Experience

We were set up in the foyer with our stand-alone selfie mirror, featuring our white marble tension backdrop, photobooth, and printer. To complete the luxurious setup, we added gold stanchions with red ropes, giving the photobooth area a VIP feel.

Guests were given the option to choose between two photo styles:

1. Glam (Black & White) – For a chic, timeless vibe.

2. Classic Studio (Color) – For vibrant and lively photos.

   
   

Each guest received their 4x6 prints instantly, which they could take home as a keepsake from the event. To keep things simple and elegant, the bride and groom opted not to add any personalization to the prints, allowing the beautiful moments to speak for themselves.

An Evening to Remember

The night was filled with excitement, and the photobooth was a huge hit with the guests! People loved the quality of their photos so much that they kept coming back for more throughout the night. Every time they returned, they left with their instant prints—a tangible memory of a fantastic celebration.
