On April 29, 2024, we had the pleasure of providing our digital photo booth experience at a networking event hosted by Mortgage Brokers of Canada at Bombay Chopsticks in Streetsville, Ontario.

With about 50 guests in attendance, the night was filled with great food, meaningful conversations, and of course, stunning photos.

Walking into Bombay Chopsticks, you could immediately feel the buzz of excitement in the air. The event brought together professionals from different industries, creating a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals—many of whom may not have crossed paths otherwise.

The restaurant itself added to the ambiance, serving up delicious appetizers that had everyone raving. Conversations flowed easily over great food, and you could tell people were making genuine connections throughout the night.

For this event, we set up a clean and modern digital photo booth experience designed to match the elegant yet vibrant vibe of the evening. Our setup featured:

• A classic white backdrop for a polished, professional look

• Red booth lighting to complement the restaurant’s ambiance

• RGB light wands lit in red for an extra touch of atmosphere

Guests stepped in, struck a pose, and received their high-quality digital photos instantly. The lighting setup ensured that every picture looked crisp, professional, and ready to be shared.

Polaroid-Inspired Keepsakes with a Branded Touch

We designed the photo templates to resemble a classic Polaroid photo, adding a nostalgic yet modern touch. On the white space at the bottom, we featured:

One of the highlights of the night? Guests receiving their photos instantly via QR code. It was seamless, quick, and convenient—perfect for busy professionals who wanted to save and share their pictures on the spot.

We got tons of compliments on the quality of our photos, and several guests even mentioned that they were going to use their pictures as their new LinkedIn profile photos. There’s nothing better than knowing we helped people capture a professional, polished image while having fun.
