Luxury Photo booth at Legacy Oakville Banquet Hall in Oakville, ON

On March 23, 2025, we were delighted to be a vendor at the Oakville Legacy Banquet Hall’s Open House, held in the beautifully appointed Angelo’s Room in Oakville, Ontario.

With over 300 guests in attendance, this open house was designed to showcase the venue and help future brides and grooms connect with top-tier wedding vendors. From decor specialists and bridal gowns to cake artists, photographers, and entertainers, the afternoon was a one-stop shop for wedding inspiration.

A Stunning Setting for a Special Showcase 

The venue was elegantly decorated in soft whites, airy textures, and glass candelabras, setting a romantic and refined tone throughout the space. Guests were treated to savory snacks, a light lunch, and decadent desserts, while each attendee received a goodie bag and a white rose upon arrival—such a thoughtful touch from the venue team!

Our Interactive Display – A Fresh Take on Guestbooks

We were proud to showcase our Audio Guestbooks, debuting our brand new white audio guestbook for the very first time!

Our booth featured:

• A curated display table featuring both of our audio guestbooks

• Examples of our photo booth keepsakes from past weddings

A True Crowd Favourite 

We were thrilled by the number of brides-to-be who were excited about the idea of audio guestbooks. Many loved the idea of collecting spoken messages from their guests—something heartfelt, intimate, and far more personal than a traditional signed guestbook.

It was a wonderful afternoon connecting with future newlyweds and collaborating with fellow wedding creatives. We can’t wait to help more couples capture memories in a way that’s modern, meaningful, and uniquely them.
