On September 4, 2024, we had the privilege of providing photo booth services for Intuit’s “State of the Company” live-streaming conference at Arcadian Court in Toronto, Ontario. This annual event brought together 200 employees to celebrate company milestones, engage in meaningful discussions, and, of course, have some fun.

A Thoughtfully Designed Employee Experience

Intuit ensured that their employees felt appreciated and engaged throughout the event with a series of interactive experiences:

🎩 Hat Station: Employees selected a hat and customized it with Intuit-branded pins as a creative takeaway.

🎒 Branded Swag: Custom shirts, backpacks, and accessories were handed out, reinforcing company pride.

🎈 Balloon Decor: The foyer was adorned with large white and blue balloon pillars, adding a celebratory atmosphere.

The Ultimate Photo Booth Setup

To match Intuit’s modern and professional aesthetic, we brought out our Open-Air Classic Portrait Booth in full-color mode. This high-resolution experience allowed employees to capture stunning portrait-quality images—whether for fun, corporate branding, or even their professional profiles.

🟢 Green Screen Technology: Intuit provided a custom step-and-repeat background that we seamlessly integrated into every photo.

📸 Instant 4x6 Prints: Employees received high-quality prints on the spot, each featuring a three-photo layout with subtle design elements from the event’s official invitation.

✨ Red Carpet VIP Experience: A red carpet, gold stanchions, and velvet ropes created a luxury-brand moment for guests as they stepped up for their photos.

🔵 Custom Blue RGB Lighting: To enhance the ambiance, we positioned RGB light wands around the booth, glowing in Intuit’s signature blue.
