Showcasing Our Motion 360 Video Booth for Future Brides

We had an incredible time as a featured photo booth vendor at the Royal Ashburn Golf Club Open House in Whitby, Ontario! With 150 excited guests in attendance, the event was all about helping brides-to-be discover the perfect venue and vendors to bring their dream wedding to life.

From talented wedding officiants to makeup and hair stylists, dress boutiques, and décor specialists, the open house had everything a bride could need. The gorgeous golf club offered a breathtaking setting, complete with a modern sunroom veranda overlooking the course—a picture-perfect backdrop for any wedding day!

Bringing the Fun with Our Motion 360 Video Booth

For this event, we showcased our Motion 360 Video Booth, set up in the foyer space just outside the main hall near the elevator. We kept the lighting crisp and white, creating a sleek and modern aesthetic that fit beautifully within the venue.

Brides, maids of honor, parents, and couples all took turns stepping onto the Motion 360’s base, dancing while the camera spun around them, capturing stunning, black-and-white glam videos. With instant email sharing, guests got their videos right away—a perfect way to relive the moment and share on social media!

Showcasing More Interactive Wedding Experiences

In addition to the Motion 360 Booth, we set up a display table featuring our Audio Guestbook—a fun and modern way for wedding guests to leave heartfelt voice messages. We also showcased examples of high-quality prints from past photo booth activations, giving brides an idea of how we could personalize their wedding experience.

A Day Filled with Wedding Inspiration

The Royal Ashburn Golf Club pulled out all the stops to impress future brides. Decor vendors created dreamy table arrangements and drapery backdrops, giving couples a taste of what their wedding day could look like at the venue.

Throughout the day, we loved seeing everyone—from engaged couples to family members—get on the Motion 360 platform and have an absolute blast. The smiles, the dancing, and the excitement were contagious!
