When our client planned their destination wedding in Greece, they wanted to ensure they could easily collect photos from their guests without the hassle of chasing people down afterward. Since they had a mix of tech-savvy and older guests, they needed a simple, user-friendly solution that everyone could use.

The Custom QR Code Keepsake Cards

To create an elegant yet functional solution, we designed custom QR code cards that were both a keepsake and an intuitive tool for their guests.

• Business card-sized for convenience

• One side featured a beautiful monogram with the couple’s initials and a personalized thank you message

• The other side had simple instructions and a QR code directing guests to a private, shared gallery

• Black and white color scheme to match their wedding aesthetic

• Matching font from their invitations for a cohesive touch

A Seamless Photo & Video Sharing Experience

Guests simply scanned the QR code, signed into a private online gallery, and uploaded their wedding day photos and videos—capturing candid moments from different perspectives.

The newlyweds loved it so much that they even asked us to design their seating chart, which we were happy to do!
