A Festive Night to Remember

On November 29, 2024, we had the pleasure of bringing a touch of magic to Ceva Logistics’ Christmas Holiday Party at the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Mississauga West. With a North Pole theme, this event was packed with holiday spirit, laughter, and plenty of fun-filled moments!

With 100 guests in attendance, the night was buzzing with energy, thanks to an incredible lineup of entertainment, including a DJ, Santa Claus, and even the Grinch! But the real highlight? Our immersive Christmas-themed photo booth activation that had everyone lining up for their festive snapshots.

A Photo Booth Straight Out of the North Pole

For this event, we went all out to create an interactive holiday experience. Our setup featured a wintery backdrop, 3D décor elements like Christmas trees, oversized presents, and Santa’s gift bags, and a custom-built Santa’s sleigh that guests could stand or sit behind for a picture-perfect moment.

We also provided custom props, including a Santa head cutout and two elf head cutouts, adding a playful touch to every photo. Whether guests were posing solo or alongside Santa and the Grinch, the energy was high and the smiles were endless!

A Take-Home Holiday Keepsake

To match the North Pole theme, we designed a custom 4x6 print template featuring a two-pose layout with a canvas green background and the Ceva Logistics logo. Every guest received an instant printout, creating a lasting memento of the night’s festivities.

The Holiday Spirit in Full Swing

The immersive experience was a huge hit! Guests loved the Christmas-themed props, the high-quality prints, and the chance to capture fun moments with Santa and the Grinch.

Seeing their excitement and knowing they had a keepsake to take home made the night even more special!
