From October 9th to 11th, 2024, we had the privilege of being the exclusive photobooth company for WEGA’s 3-day summit, hosted by The Star Women’s Network Inc. at the beautiful Ascott Parc Event Center in Vaughan, Ontario. This inspiring women’s empowerment summit gathered 75 incredible women for three days of education, networking, and celebration.


A Summit Designed to Inspire & Educate

The first two days of the summit were filled with powerful keynote speakers who shared their expertise on essential topics for women in business. Some of the featured speakers included:

✅ Precious Williams – The Perfect Pitch Master, guiding attendees on how to craft the perfect business pitch.

Ifeoma Esonwune – Women’s empowerment and career coach, offering valuable insights on career growth.

Mayor of Vaughan – Sharing resources and support available for women entrepreneurs.

Attendees also had the opportunity to visit various organizations providing educational information, including government procurement services, inclusivity & accessibility resources, and more.

Day 1: Professional Headshots for Attendees

For the first day, we set up our step-and-repeat backdrop featuring The Star Women’s Network Inc. logo, along with our photo booth, printer, gold stanchions, and red ropes. To align with the event’s branding, we set our RGB light wands and booth lighting to a soft purple hue.


📸 Photo Offering: 4x6 professional headshots (waist-up shots).

🎨 Template Design: Light purple and blue background to match The Star Women’s Network Inc. logo, with event branding at the bottom.

🖨 Instant Prints: Guests received their headshots instantly!


This was a huge hit—attendees were thrilled to receive professional-quality headshots, which many planned to use for their business profiles, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.

Day 2: Fun & Interactive 2x6 Photo Strips

On the second day, we switched things up by offering 2x6 photo strips featuring two poses per strip.

Many attendees attended both days, and they loved the variety between the headshots and fun photo strips. This made for a great networking tool, as many women exchanged photos with their new connections.


Day 3: The Grand Finale – WEGA Gala Night

On the final night, the summit concluded with a beautiful gala in the ballroom. The evening featured:

✨ A delicious three-course meal

🎶 Live band performances

🛍 Silent auction

🏆 An inspiring awards ceremony


We relocated our setup just outside the ballroom in the foyer, keeping the same elegant elements from the first two days.

Guests loved the variety of photo options throughout the event, and many who attended all three days appreciated having different keepsakes from each day. The photobooth was a major highlight, with attendees raving about the high quality of their prints and the elegant presentation of the setup.

A Celebration of Empowerment & Connection

The WEGA summit was a fantastic event that not only empowered women through knowledge and resources but also provided a safe and supportive space for networking and personal growth. It was an honor to be part of this meaningful gathering, helping attendees capture special memories along the way.
