On July 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to be the official photo booth provider for the Rosé Picnic 2-Day Festival, hosted at Hotel X Toronto. With over 3,000 guests in attendance, this outdoor event was filled with high-energy entertainment, stylish fashion, delicious cocktails, and non-stop photo-worthy moments.

Two Days, Two Themes, Endless Fun

Day 1: Summer Solstice

The first day of Rosé Picnic was all about bold, bright, and colorful fashion. Guests were encouraged to embrace vibrant hues, and they did not disappoint! The DJ kept the energy high, while guests danced, sipped cocktails, and explored a variety of luxury brand activations and food vendors.

Day 2: The Classic Rosé Experience

On the second day, the event transformed into a chic, pink-and-white affair, where guests dressed exclusively in shades of blush and ivory. With a glass of rosé in hand, they enjoyed live performances from DJ Dr. Jay Soca Prince, DJ Puffy, and a stunning fashion show. The atmosphere was sophisticated, yet playful, and it was the perfect way to celebrate summer.

A Festival of Photo-Worthy Moments

Rosé Picnic was packed with stunning photo opportunities at every turn, including:

✔️ Floral walls & shimmer tech walls

✔️ A giant inflatable dome & pink iridescent spheres

✔️ Dancers from Always Carnival and Carnival Nationz dressed in extravagant Caribbean costumes

With so many vendors—including Hubba Bubba, Travel Barbados, La Vie En Rose, Canadian Special Events, and Genesis Downtown—guests indulged in free samples, handcrafted cocktails, and gourmet dishes from food trucks and premium stations.

Our Luxe Photo Booth Setup

To match the elevated yet playful energy of Rosé Picnic, we curated a luxury photo booth experience that stood out in the sea of activations. Our setup included:

✨ A pink floral wall tension backdrop with Rosé Picnic printed on it

✨ Gold stanchions with pink velvet ropes for a VIP feel

✨ Handmade custom masquerade headpieces as props

✨ A sleek, modern booth with instant printing

Customized Prints for Each Day

📍 Day 1: Guests received 2x6 photo strips with a soft, colorful background, featuring purples, oranges, and pinks pulled from the festival’s official invitation.

📍 Day 2: The prints had the same chic layout, but with a light pink background to complement the rosé-inspired theme.

A Non-Stop Party from Start to Finish

Both days were an absolute blast! From the moment we opened, guests lined up to capture their festival looks and take home their personalized photo prints. Our booth stayed busy the entire event, proving once again that the right photo experience is an essential part of any luxury festival.
